Snipping Tool was a screenshotting app that was bundled with Microsoft Windows versions 7 and 10. But, in October 2018, Microsoft announced that they were replacing it with a new app called Snip & Sketch. The new app is available on Windows 10 devices only and has the following features:
-A delay timer so that you can capture screenshots of menu items or actions
-An ink tool so that you can write or draw on your screenshots
-The ability to save screenshots in PDF or JPEG format
