I was presently surprised by this product. The seller sent a nice detailed message about how to use this product properly. When I got ready for my shower, I ran the water for 2 minutes as told in the instructions and I placed the shower steamer in right before I got in. I expected it to dissolve quickly as most steamers do but it lasted for most of the duration of my 15 minute shower. It was so beautiful.

I love Burt's Bees products. I bought this as a christmas gifts for women. I was so happy with it I bought two more for my daughters. I received two of the packages in tact, but it was missing the hand salve and lip balm in the third. I was a little disappointed that the box was already opened. I very easily submitted a return for the missing products.
