I was intrigued as soon as I read a write up about this mouse. I bought one for myself first, then within 2 weeks of use bought one for each of my 3 front office staff. My wrist already feels so much better. This is a genius design. I am using it with Mac computers. I kind of miss the side swipe, but not enough to go back to a regular mouse design, ever.

Every time someone walks up to my laptop and the reach for my mouse, they take a second look and are confused by it. It's been an absolute joy to use, it took a few weeks to get used to using it. We're so accustomed to the traditional mouse that I would float my hand to low when transitioning from keyboard to mouse, that I would knock it over. Once it because second nature, it was perfectly ergonomic.

I saw some reviews about this mouse causing wrist pain, and I experienced that myself until I figured out that I was holding it wrong. I wanted to write a review in case others are making the same mistake, and missing out on the awesomeness of this mouse! There is a bar across the top of the mouse that has a button on it and the brand name. I was mistakenly trying to keep that vertical,

I have purchased, tried, tested, and used more than 20 different types of computer mice over the years to rid myself of finger cramps and arthritis in my hands. When I saw this mouse and how cheap it was compared to others I had to give it a try. I'm blessed that I did because since I bought this mouse I have had absolutely no finger cramps or arthritis issues with my hands. Especially my right.

Overall, I’m enjoying this mouse. It’s taking a bit for me to get used to it (I used a trackball mouse for years before this). But the grip and angle of my wrist is really comfortable. My only issue might not, honestly, be an issue with the mouse at all, actually: when I adjust the cursor speed in the settings, I click it to the middle setting,

The vertical mouse is an excellent concept and a welcome relief from the cramped wrists of the old 'standard' two button and a scroll wheel mouse. I had some difficulty adjusting at first, but when I adopted the posture seen in the product photo it became easier and easier to to use. I moved my mouse pad back past (not behind) my keyboard and now rest my forearm on my desk allowing the adjustment to move faster .

I am pleased with this ergo mouse purchase. My first ergo mouse purchase was cheaply made and the scroll wheel didn't work well. This one, for the same price, feels much more solid and durable in the hand. The ergo design is about exactly what I would expect from a mouse. My wrist rests on the side instead of on the bottom like with traditional mice. The buttons require a firm click, especially.

I love this mouse so much that I bought three of them. I bought one for work because I noticed that the pain of using a mouse had almost completely gone away. My work ended up reimbursing me for the cost, so I leave it at work to use there. I then bought one to use at home so I had the same thing here. My husband tried it out and loved it, so we bought one.

This mouse is sooo awesome. I am truly amazed about the level of comfort for such an amazing price. I experience less thumb cramps since I bought this ergonomics mouse about two weeks ago. Editors Rating : 4.4Evoluent VM4RW VerticalMouse 4 Right Hand Ergonomic Mouse with Wireless Connection (Regular Size)
The Evoluent VM4RW VerticalMouse 4 is a Right Hand ergonomic mouse. The design has been developed according to the natural shape of the hand. A neutral handshake is formed, which is a more comfortable and healthy position in comparison to holding a common conventional mouse with thumb and forefinger. The shape and height of the mouse allow the wrist to be held upright and not twisted, which is bad for your hand health. You can also set and configure buttons as per your needs via the Evoluent Mouse Manager software.

I love this mouse, as well as the left-handed variant. It solved the issue I had with tension and pain in the forearm of my mouse/dominant arm. The only improvement I can think of would be to make its scanner a bit higher resolution as I find that sometimes when I'm trying to home in on a very specific point on the screen that the mouse isn't perfectly accurate.
